The midic Audio Codec

The midic package consists in the libmidic C library, implementing the midic audio codec, and its associated midicparse and midicplay utilities to parse and play MIDI files. The package is released under a 3-Clause BSD License and is provided “as is” without warranty or support of any kind. The source code will probably become freely available in Autumn 2027.
